Went to New York to catch the Cindy Sherman retrospective at MoMA before it's gone. Fell in love with her history portraits all over again. Also spent a morning in Brooklyn for some coffee and a little thrifting at The Thing; I didn't even bother to look through their room full of vinyl. I'd need another weekend to get that done.

I can't WAIT for the Cindy Sherman show! I'm seeing it on Tuesday or Wednesday when I'm in New York. Really glad to hear you liked it! She's one of my favorites.
Alex, so glad you are going! It was amazing to see so many of her series at once. I was a little overwhelmed. She has been an icon of mine since adolescence.

Yes Missa, the scarf served me in good stead in New York, perfect weather for it! You would have loved The Thing, I barely had time enough to explore all the treasures there.
