Our weekend trip to Door County, Wisconsin yielded a yummy stop at Sweetie Pies, a pie stand out of Adrienne Shelly's imagination. They didn't have any "baby screaming its head off in the middle of the night and ruining my life pie", though they did have some nice apple-cherry and chocolate-walnut.

yum! i love that movie. i do and i'm not exactly sure why.
Oooh that looks great! Might be time for me to revisit that movie... I don't watch it too often since it makes me really sad.
Alex, I know what you mean, I have trouble watching any Adrienne Shelly movie, especially that one, being an ode to her little daughter...it's unthinkable what happened to such a great talent.
That movie made me really want to love pie. I'm just such a cake girl at heart though.
