Ever since I saw this Commodore Datasette on the Muxtape blog, I've wanted one. I think it's the prettiest retro object I've seen in some time. I also have this pipe dream of plugging it into my laptop and downloading my old mixes. Not that that would work or anything.

OMG we have one of these. We connected it to our TV and used it to run computer programs with our VIC-20 keyboard, when I was like 8 years old. It's in a box, somewhere in my parent's garage...with the beta tapes....
