How can you not love the teddy bear that is Tony Shalhoub? Nothing makes a bad day better than finding some Shalhoub on the telly. Or even just saying "Shalhoub." My personal favorite Shalhoub performance is his Freddy Riedenschneider from The Man Who Wasn't There, but I also love me some Monk. Above is Cinnamonk, created by Rakka over at Suspect and Fugitive. OK--from the "Don't ask me why I know this" files: Tony Shalhoub's wife, Brooke Addams, was in "Lace", the BEST trashy miniseries of the 80s (except for maybe the Thorn Birds, of course.). She was awesome in it--all high drama and clenched jaw. Do you remember? Phoebe Cates was the star, but Brooke Addams was way more interesting to watch.
